Pickled onions
- 2 piece Medium baby onion (Peeled)
- 50 ml Pandanus vinegar
- Thinly slice onions
- Place onions in a bowl and dress with vinegar. Let sit for at least 5 minutes
- This can be done the day before and left to marinate
Tips: We use a local pandanus vinegar but a good aged white wine vinegar will do.
