Pickled onions

100 gram
  • 2 piece Medium baby onion (Peeled)
  • 50 ml Pandanus vinegar
  • Thinly slice onions
  • Place onions in a bowl and dress with vinegar. Let sit for at least 5 minutes
  • This can be done the day before and left to marinate

Tips:  We use a local pandanus vinegar but a good aged white wine vinegar will do.
