  • 100 ml Soy sauce
  • 50 ml White balsamic vinegar
  • 20 ml Corn syrup
  • 30 g Caster sugar
  • 0.2 g Xantana Gum
  • Combine soy sauce, white balsamic vinegar, corn syrup and sugar in a pot then hit up to dissolve sugar.
  • Place soy base in the Vitamix and sear in Xantana Gum.
  • Reserve in deli for service
