Soy glaze
- 100 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml White balsamic vinegar
- 20 ml Corn syrup
- 30 g Caster sugar
- 0.2 g Xantana Gum
- Combine soy sauce, white balsamic vinegar, corn syrup and sugar in a pot then hit up to dissolve sugar.
- Place soy base in the Vitamix and sear in Xantana Gum.
- Reserve in deli for service
