Fish Bagel
- 1 piece Bagel
- 30 g Basil Pesto
- 30 g White cabbage slaw
- 80 g Gurnard whole (Only flesh)
- 1 piece Egg
- 20 g All purpose flour (hinewnwe)
- 50 g Panko bread crumb
- 3 g Basil
- 15 g Whole egg mayonnaise
- 5 g Salt flakes
- 20 g Pickle cucumber (Drained)
- 40 ml Grape seed oil
- Make the cabbage slaw (Click on the recipe to view) and set aside.
- Prepare the basil pesto (Click on the recipe to view) and set aside.
- Fillet the gurnard, coat it in breadcrumbs, then pan fry it.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of the bun and pesto on the other.
- Add slaw, the cooked fish, pickles, and fresh basil.
- Serve it immediately and enjoy!
