  • Warm up slowly the four cheese sauce in a pan
  • Bring some water to boil with some salt then add 1 serving of Gnocchi to it
  • Once the gnocchi come to the surface of the water, it means they are cooked
  • Leave them another 15 seconds then take them out into the cheese sauce
  • Toss them inside gently then serve in a bowl
  • Finish the dish with a little bit of grated nutmeg

 

Story: This dish is originally from Rome. Very simple but super delicious.
