Gnocchi quattro formaggi
- 1 serv Gnocchi
- 120 g Four cheese sauce
- 1 g Nutmeg whole
- 15 g Table salt
- Warm up slowly the four cheese sauce in a pan
- Bring some water to boil with some salt then add 1 serving of Gnocchi to it
- Once the gnocchi come to the surface of the water, it means they are cooked
- Leave them another 15 seconds then take them out into the cheese sauce
- Toss them inside gently then serve in a bowl
- Finish the dish with a little bit of grated nutmeg
